SF-1B 銅基無給油軸承 |

產(chǎn)品描述 |
|
1. 改性聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)以及鉛(Pb)的混合物 0.01-0.03mm,一種耐磨材料,運作過程中可形成轉(zhuǎn)移膜,以保護對磨軸。 2. 銅粉層,0.20-0.3mm,提高PTFE/Pb與銅板層的結(jié)合強度,具有很好的承載能力和耐磨性。較高的導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)可迅速轉(zhuǎn)移運作過程產(chǎn)生的熱量。 3. 銅基板0.7~2.3,提高軸承的承載能力和熱傳遞,且有更好的耐腐蝕能力。

除了與SF-1相同的優(yōu)點外,還具有以下特性: 由于銅本身具有其自潤性能,所以可用于需長時間工作而無法停機維修的部位,具有比SF-1更好的抗腐蝕性能。廣泛運用于弱酸強堿場合、港口機械、船舶機械、冶金鋼鐵工業(yè),連鑄機方坯滾道、高溫爐鋼環(huán)部位、水泥灌漿泵和螺旋式輸送機上。它可以在外部組合鋼套,或制成翻邊,端面、內(nèi)孔同時摩擦使用。
