產(chǎn)品說明
|
SF-1S不銹鋼耐腐蝕軸承,是以不銹鋼材料為基體,中間燒結(jié)球形青銅粉層,表面軋制以聚四氟乙烯為主的低摩擦材料,經(jīng)過卷制成型的一種十分有效的耐腐蝕軸承。它具有耐油、耐酸、耐堿、耐海水和耐磨損的特點,表面的PTEE材料不含鉛成份。在食品飲料機械、印染機械、化工機械、海洋工業(yè)耐腐蝕滑動部位最適合使用。 |

應用特點: |
1.PTFE、親油性纖維的混合物在運動時可形成很好的轉(zhuǎn)移膜保護對磨軸。 2.耐磨性能好,磨擦系數(shù)低。 3.走合性能好,無咬軸現(xiàn)象。 4.可運用于旋轉(zhuǎn)、搖擺、往復運動之中。 5.耐腐蝕性能好。 6.由于不含鉛,故可運用于食品機械、醫(yī)療機械等綠色環(huán)保設備。 7.典型用途:主要運用于中酸、強堿場合,例如:化工中酸堿流量計、泵、閥,印染機械、 海洋工業(yè)耐腐蝕滑動部位。 |
